On 18 February Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the XV report-and-election conference of judges of the republic held in Kazan.

On 18 February during his working trip to Tetyushi,  Head of the Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov visited the Museum of Fishing History and looked around the construction site of the sports complex.

On 17 February, speaking at the end-of the year collegium of the Ministry of Economy of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that provision of sustainable growth of economy is the most important task for all spheres and municipalities of the republic. To ensure this, the ministries must analyze the reserves for economic growth of every enterprise in detail, he said.

Speaking at the round table, held within the end-of the year collegium of the Ministry of Economy of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has said that the support of entrepreneurship is one of priority tasks for the republic.  

On 17 February in the Kazan Kremlin, the Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaymiyev, who is also the Chairman of the Guardian Council of the Regional Revival Fund and the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, held a meeting on promoting the nomination of the Kazan Federal University Astronomical Observatories in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

On 17 February in Moscow Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is the head of the Russian State Duma Commission on Construction, Housing and Utility Sector and Urban Environment, took part in a joint meeting of the Commission and the Russian Ministry of Construction.  Aide to Russian President Igor Levitin, who is the Secretary of the State Council, and Russian Minister of Construction and Housing and Utility Sector Irek Fayzullin also took part in the meeting.

On February 16, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Chief Managing Partner for Urban Development VEB.RF, Director General of the Monocities Development Fund Irina Makiyeva.

On February 16, in Moscow, Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Konstantin Chuychenko, Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Arkady Gostev and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a trilateral agreement aimed at cooperation on the implementation of the provisions of the Concept for the development of the Russian Penal Correction System until 2030, and increasing the efficiency of interaction between the Russian Ministry of Justice, , the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On February 16, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov arrived on a working visit in Chistopol municipal region to take part a reporting meeting of the regional Council.

During the visit, Shaykhutdinov got acquainted with the activities of Vostok Watch Factory in Chistopol, as well as with the exhibition of achievements of local enterprises - Chistopol branch of the Zelenodolsk Milk Processing Plant, brewery, bakery, residents of Chistopol Priority Social and Economic Development Area, training and production enterprise «Reglan» and self-employed.

On February 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Galiaskar Kamal Tatar State Academic Theatre, where he got acquainted with projects that reached the finals of the contest for the development of the architectural concept of this theatre.

The open international contest was launched on July 23, 2021 and was initiated by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the theater itself.
