Rustam Minnikhanov meets Director General of the KRET Concern Aleksandr Pan

On 23 May at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the JSC Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern (KRET) Aleksandr Pan discussed current work of Tatarstan enterprises which are a part of the concern, considered issues of industrial capacity modernization and prospects of cooperation between the KRET and the republic in civilian production (medical devices, electric charging stations and etc.).

The KRET, established in 2009, is the largest Russian holding in radio electronics and a part of the Rostech Corporation. Its main sphere of business are development and manufacture of systems and complexes of the aviation electronics for civil and military aviation, airborne radiolocation stations, state identification means, COMJAM and various purpose measuring devices . On the top of that, the concern enterprises manufacture modern home appliances and medical devices, equipment and controlling systems for fuel and energy complex, transport and machine-building. 

The concern comprises more than 65 research institutes, design bureaus and serial plants in 29 Russian entities, with four enterprises working in Tatarstan, namely Radio electronics Company after Shimko, the Radiopribor (the radio set), Almetyevsk Radiopribor Plant and the Rychag (Lever).
