Tatarstan and Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs sign a cooperation agreement

On 1 November at their meeting in Moscow Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to Moscow on a working trip, the Chairman of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Aleksandr Shokhin and the Head of Tatarstan Association of Enterprises and Industrialists Aleksandr Lavrenyev signed an agreement on developing a mutually beneficial cooperation in such spheres as facilitation of investments climate of the republic, implementation of the best regional practices in this sphere, initiation and promotion of important investment projects, projects of comprehensive sustainable development of Tatarstan and others.

During the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov handed in Aleksandr Shokhin the state award of the republic – “Duslyk” Order, which is awarded for special merits in strengthening friendship and cooperation between the republic and other countries.

In his turn Aleksandr Shokhin handed in Rustam Minnikhanov an award of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs - the Medal for Merits which is awarded for a contribution into development and support of domestic industry and entrepreneurship.

Chairman of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs also handed in the Medal for Merits to Aleksandr Lavrentyev.
