Rais of Tatarstan visits Arsk central mosque after its capital overhaul

On 2 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mufti of the republic Kamil Samigullin and the Head of Arsk region Almaz Khisamutdinov visited the Arsk central mosque after its capital overhaul. 

The mosque was opened in 1993 and has never been repaired for 30 years. Its capital overhaul which was financed by the congregation and almsgivers started in spring last year and was completed in the beginning of the February of the current year. 

Rustam Minnikhanov looked round the renovated mosque and evaluated results of repairs. Currently the facility has two separate entrances for men and women, comfortable big and small prayer rooms and necessary service spaces. 

During their visit to the mosque guests pronounced a welcoming prayer asking the Almighty for the speedy establishment of peace on Earth and the well-being of the Fatherland.
