On December 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on working visit in Turkmenistan. Upon arrival, accompanied by representatives of local authorities he laid flowers to the Monument of Neutrality.

On December 5, at a meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Akhmetov said that agricultural fairs will be held in Tatarstan till December 26. Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the meeting.

On December 5, in Kazan speaking at XXVI conference the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan, which summed up results of the work for five years and set up priority areas for further development, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that regional trade unions contribute significantly to all achievements of the republic.

On December 4, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on issues of construction of facilities and development of Innopolis territorially detached innovation center.

On December 4, at the presentation of projects of heads of state authorities and municipal regions by results of the training of SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management "Effective management: Strategy. Actions.Results", Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic needs managers who meet the needs of the time.

On December 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over awards to 12 winners of the contest “Best government employee of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The president offered to send four of them to the training at SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management.

On December 3, Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered the Annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly. The Address was traditionally delivered at the Kremlin’s St George Hall before an audience of more than 1,000 people.  

On December 3, at a business breakfast organized by Russian Ministry of Transport it was anounced that the first construction phase of Sviyazhsk multi-modal logistics center was completed.
