On November Results of trip of Tatarstan delegation headed by the President Rustam Minnikhanov to Finland on November 15-16 and Luxembourg on November 19-20 were summarized at the Cabinet of Ministers in Kazan.

On November 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on working visit in Grozny, was met by Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, deputy of Russian State Duma Adam Delimkhanov, Chairman of the Parliament of Chechnya Magomed Daudov, and Head of Administration of the Chechen Government Islam Kadyrov at the local airport.

On November 23, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of trustees of the “Revival” Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting on the implementation of the complex project “Cultural heritage: ancient Bolgar and island town of Sviyazhsk” in 2016.

On November 23, Head of the Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin, who arrived on working visit in Kazan, and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited inter-district tax office in Teatralnaya Street, Kazan, where they tested information terminals and estimated the level of technical infrastructure.  

On November 23, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chief of Haier in Russia Lyudmila Romanova discussed the implementation of the Haier investment project in the Kama Industrial Park "Master" - a plant for the production of refrigeration equipment.

On November 23, at his meeting with Director General of “Saint Gobain” in Russia and the CIS Gonzaga Arnoux de Pire, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that they had met at St. Petersburg economic forum before.

On November 23, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov introduced new Head of Chief Archives Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, former deputy minister of culture of the republic.

In accordance with Tatarstan President’s decree, ex-chairman of OAO “Himgrad” Albert Karimov has been appointed Acting Deputy Prime Minister– Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan.

On November 21, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, representatives of Russian Ministry of Defence, heads of regional ministries and agencies, and machine building enterprises and local administration took part in a solemn event dedicated to the 120th anniversary of Zelenodolsk
shipbuilding plant named after A.M.Gorky in the town of Zelenodolsk, Tatarstan.
