Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of the OIC Youth Forum Taha Ayhan

On August 28, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the President of the OIC Youth Forum Taha Ayhan for joint work on the development of humanitarian partnership between Russia and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The Rais of the republic emphasized that with the support of the OIC Youth Forum, the Kazan Global Youth Summit is being held for the fourth time. This year more than 200 delegates from 43 countries of the world are taking part in it. Its geography has expanded significantly - countries of South America and Africa, as well as BRICS Plus states, have shown great interest.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in youth contacts and projects, as well as the integration of young people of Tatarstan into all processes of the OIC Youth Forum and youth programmes of the OIC institutions.
