On 19 January, speaking at a ceremony opening the XVIII All-Russia competitions for the Tatarstan Prime Minister’s Cup in fire-rescue sport, held in Kazan, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleyeva wished all teams sports luck, and new feats both in sports and life. She thanked participants of the competitions for saving human lives by shaping their skills and wished every team to win.

On 19 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to Ashgabat, had a meeting with the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. 
Later today Rustam Minnikhanov, as a member of a Russian delegation, is taking part in the Russia-Turkmenistan business forum.

On January 18, at the site of Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, speaking at a summing up meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Health on the results of its work in 2022 and tasks for 2023, with participation of First Deputy Minister of Health Victor Fisenko, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that in 2022, significant funds were allocated for the development of healthcare in Tatarstan in a total amount of more than 104 billion roubles, including over 10 billion for the construction, reconstruction, overhaul and supply of medical equipment to healthcare institutions. The work on strengthening the material and technical base at 1277 facilities was carried out.

On 18 January before the resulting collegium of the Tatarstan Ministry of Healthcare held in the Universiade Village in Kazan, President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov and the First Russian Healthcare Minister Viktor Fisenko handed in medical organizations of the republic certificates for medical cars equipment  and certificates for 24 ambulances which will be used for everyday work by hospitals as emergency vehicles, servicing patients at hope, transporting patients to hospitals , providing medical services for people in the remote areas and bringing them medications and transporting lab tests materials.

On 18 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the First Russian Healthcare Minister Viktor Fisenko and regional Healthcare Minister Marat Sadykov took part in house warming ceremony built for medical workers be social mortgage programme. 

On 17 January, welcoming participants and guests of the first international hockey tournament of amateur teams of Islamic countries and Tatarstan “Kazan hockey cup 2023” held in the Tatneft Arena Sports Palace in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that this tournament was a great sports fest.

On 16 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev took part in a resulting collegium of the Regional State Tourism Committee and the Committee for Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites of the republic held in the new IT Park in Kazan.

On 16 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Head of the Russian Internal Ministry in Tatarstan Artyom Khokhorin and regional Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleyeva took part in a ceremony of awarding winners of the annual regional competition “Territory of Law” held under the auspices of the Cabinet of Minister of the republic.

On January 14, during his working visit to the Altai Republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the region Oleg Khorokhordin held a meeting on the construction of a Centre of Conservation of Biological Diversity «Snow Leopard», which will be located on the territory of the «Karym» complex in Mayminsk region of the republic with the area exceeding 9,000 hectares.

On January 13, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated journalists and media workers on their professional holiday - Russian Press Day. “Today is Russian Press Day. At all times, the press has been and remains an important institution of society, and for the authorities - a significant source of public feedback,” he said.
