The Rais of Tatarstan takes part in the work of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum

On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Saint Petersburg for participation in the 12th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, held at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 31 to November 3.

The Rais of Tatarstan is scheduled to look around the stands and get acquainted with the exhibition exposition of the Forum, to participate in the awarding ceremony of the winners in the rating of Russian regions by the level of development of the gas motor fuel market.

One of the main presentation venues of Tatarstan at the gas forum is the stand of «Raritek Holding», where the presentation of innovations of agricultural and municipal equipment in the gas motor version will be held. The ceremony of handing over LNG-powered gas engine equipment to the regional enterprises Agrosila and Gazprom Transgaz Kazan Company is also scheduled here.

In the afternoon, Rustam Minnikhanov plans to participate in the plenary session of the forum, devoted to the topic: «Global natural gas market transformation: Challenges and ways of development». Working meetings of the Rais of Tatarstan with the management Gazprom Company and heads of companies participating in the business forum are also planned at the venues of the Saint Petersburg International Gas Forum.
