A briefing on the results of work of court bailiffs of Tatarstan held at the Government House of the republic

On October 31, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, the Chief Department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs in Tatarstan Anvar Zakirov said that during 10 months of the current year, Tatarstan court bailiffs recovered 13 billion 481 million roubles, which is 10 percent higher than during the same period last year.

“A total of 911 million 725 thousand roubles were recovered for alimony, and 48 million 106 thousand roubles were recovered for salary. In order to execute the court decision, the bailiff applies a full set of coercive measures provided by the legislation”, the speaker said.

Measures were also taken against persistent defaulters. In 2023, 8,901 debtors were brought to administrative responsibility and 900 debtors to criminal liability.

As many as 405 million roubles were recovered from traffic violators.

Court bailiffs often work together with their colleagues in the traffic police. They catch debtors right on the road using the “Road Bailiff” complex.

He also emphasized that there is a telephone service for bailiffs at +7 843-514-92-21. This year, employees of the department received 81,000 calls.
