On 13 September Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in a meeting of the Council of Verkhniy Uslon region of the republic which by voting chose Yevgeniy Varakin the Head of the region and Maksim Chermenskiy – the acting Chairman of the Executive Committee of the region.

On 13 September in Kazan Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Minister of Forestry of the republic Ravil Kuzyurov took part in solemn ceremony of handing in 33 new business cars LADA Niva Travel to departments of the regional Forestry Ministry.

On 12 September the President of Tatarstan Academy of Sciences Rifkat Minnikhanov presided first meeting of the organizational committee of the Russian Venture Forum 2025 held in Tatarstan Government House with participation of the Director of the regional Investments- Venture Fund Damir Galiev, the Executive Director of the Regional Fund of Scientific and technical development of Saint Petersburg Igor Gladkikh and other members of the organizational committee who discussed the concept of the event.

On September 11, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin chaired a board meeting of Setevaya Kompaniya Power Company, which discussed the issues of reliability of power supply to consumers connected to the Company's electric grids, the results of production and financial and economic activities, the implementation of the Company's capital construction plan for the first half of 2024.

On 9 September, speaking at his meeting with the Turkish Deputy Minister of Trade Mahmut Gürcan and the Turkish Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Zekeriya Coştu on the sidelines of the Forum Kazan Digital Week at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked his guests for visiting Tatarstan and taking part in the Forum.  

On 9 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the Kazan Digital Week Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Kaspersky Lab Yevgeniy Kaspersky discussed issues of developing cooperation in stepping up the cyber security, protection of children from information hazards and risks in digital environment and the development of joint educational programmes. 

On 9 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the Kazan Digital Week Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadayev discussed a number of issues, including training specialists for the IT sphere, implementation of the programme of modernization rural post offices, connection of under-populated settlements to the Internet and others. 

On 9 September in his welcoming speech at a ceremony of opening of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2024 held for the fifth time at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said:”I am happy to welcome you in Tatarstan at the opening of the International Forum” and expressed words of gratitude to the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin for his decision to give the federal status to the event.

On 9 September in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts Vahid Hajiyev.

At its exposition at an exhibition of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week 2024 which began on 9 September at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Innopolis Innovations Center has exhibited its stand which shows the opportunities of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of Innopolis and the Innopolis University and represents projects of the IT University and residents of the SEZ, such as the Ecosystem of IT solutions for corporate communications from the IVA Technologies Company, the first domestic mobile operational system Aurora from the Open Mobile Platform Company, software-hardware complexes and specialized world-level software and electronic equipment on the basis of the Mars-Arsenal platform by Mars-Technologies Company and others.
