Rais of Tatarstan and the Head of the Russian Ministry of Energy participate in the signing ceremony of cooperation agreements at the "ENERGOPROM-2026" Forum

On April 2, on the sidelines of the International Energy Forum "ENERGOPROM-2026", the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev took part in the signing ceremony of several cooperation agreements, namely a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministries of Energy of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, as well as a memorandum of understanding between the Kyrgyz Ministry of Energy and the international consortium "Alterna Invest".

Cooperation agreements were also signed between JSC "Setevaya Kompaniya” Power Company and OJSC "National Electrical Grid of Kyrgyzstan"; the Scientific and Technical Center of the Unified Energy System and "Shabakahoi Intikoli Bark" ("Electrical distribution grids" of Tajikistan); Kazan State Power Engineering University and "Inter RAO - Corporate University".

A tripartite Memorandum of Partnership was signed between Kazan State Power Engineering University, the St. Petersburg Power Engineering Institute of professional development, and Innostage Company.
