Rustam Minnikhanov: This year the ENERGOPROM Forum has gained a completely different scale

On 4 April at a regular regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov summarized the results of the Kazan International Electric Power Forum ENERGOPROM-2026 held on 1-3 April at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center and said that due to the support from Russian Ministry of Energy and Russian Ministry of Trade and Industry it has gained a federal status.

“Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev worked at the Forum for two days and attracted federal enterprises and programmes. The Forum has gained a completely different scale: twice as many participants, delegations from nine foreign countries, representatives from 23 regions of Russia and 117 companies. A number of agreements were signed at the Forum,” he said.

The Rais of the republic noted the packed business program of the event and a large section devoted to youth issues, as well as cybersecurity issues for fuel and energy companies. ”The Minister of Energy summarized results of wok in cybersecurity which is a very serious topic especially for our fuel and energy companies. They are often exposed to cyber threats. In the whole I think the Forum was held at a high organizational level due to all those who were involved in this work,” he emphasized.
