On 10 February during his working trip to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the President of St Petersburg International Commodities Exchange Igor Artemyev, who told the Rais of the republic about key spheres of the exchange work and implementation of state tasks in shaping transparent price indictors in key branches of economy.

On 8 February in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Day of Russian Science, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  said: “These year we are summarizing results of the Year of Scientific and Technological development of our republic, which in the whole became very bright and fruitful for our scientific and educational complex.

On 7 February at a solemn ceremony in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in state awards in the sphere of science and technology to outstanding scientists and engineers of the republic.

On 7 February at their meeting held with participation of the Mayor of the city Ilsur Metshin in the new building of Kamal Theatre in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Founder of the Emaar Properties Company Mohamed Ali Alabbar (UAE), who came to Kazan to take part in the international architectural and construction forum “Kazanysh – Unity of Diversity” held in Kazan for the fourth time, discussed promising spheres of cooperation. 

On 7 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an unscheduled expanded meeting of the Board of Directors of the TAIF Company held in the new building of the TAIF Company in Kazan which discussed the expected results of the TAIF Group financial work in 2024 and its main tasks for 2025.

On 4 February the first four starts hotel KRAVT HOTEL INNOPOLIS, the construction of which was financed also by loans at preferential rate subsidized from the federal budget within the federal programme “Tourism and Hospitality”  and which will be directly managed by the KravtGroup, opened in the Town of Innopolis. Guests already can book rooms in the hotel starting from 1 February.

On 2 February in his address on the occasion of the defeat of German troops in battle of Stalingrad, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic, war veterans and home front workers with the Day of Military Honor of Russia dedicated to this event.

On 1 February, speaking at a regional meeting held with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that regional days of the II All Russia Municipalities Forum ”The small Motherland” were held successfully in Kazan on 29-20 January.
