On December 22, at the Pyramida Entertainment Complex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with his wife attended the 19th International Tatar Song Festival “Tatar Zhyry”.

On December 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin looked around the New Year’s decoration of main walking streets of the centre of Kazan, including Bauman Street and the Kaban Lake embankment.

On December 22, at the Government House of the republic, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that all the construction programmes of social and cultural facilities have been fully completed in Tatarstan in 2018.

On December 21, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the Commissions for the consideration of applications on conclusion of implementation working agreements at Naberezhnye Chelny and Zelenodolsk Priority Social and Economic Development Areas.

On December 21, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the WorldSkills Competition in Kazan in 2019.

On December 20, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Minister of Defence of Russia Aleksey Krivoruchko, who is on a short-term working visit in the republic, visited the Kazan Helicopter Plant.

On December 20, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the winner of the Leaders of Russia National Management Competition Alexandra Lebedeva discussed a new stage of selection of managers, as well as issues of interaction with semi-finalists of the All-Russian competition, who will take part in the next evaluation procedures in February 2019.

On December 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the traditional ceremony dedicated to the closing of the 2018 autosport season, where the participants summed up the results of outgoing season and marked the best athletes of the republic.

On December 19, at a traditional meeting of the Investors Club of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the authorities should constantly be in dialogue with the business and provide active support to potential investors.

On December 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the charity event “Christmas Wish Tree”, which is traditionally held on the eve of the New Year at the State Council of the republic. Children from orphanages, social shelters, socially disadvantaged families write letters to Ded Moroz, which are put on a Christmas Tree installed in the lobby of the State Council.
