Rustam Minnikhanov hands in the Duslyk Order to Chairman of Central Muslim Spiritual Board of Russia Talgat Tadzhuddin

On March 5, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the Duslyk Order to Chairman of Central Muslim Spiritual Board of Russia Talgat Tadzhuddin for his significant contribution to the preservation of traditional spiritual values, interfaith peace and harmony in the republic.

Minnikhanov thanked Tadzhuddin for his assistance in reviving the Ancient Bolgar, the initiative of holding the Izge Bolgar Zhyeny holiday dedicated to the official adoption of Islam in 922, as well as support for the creation of the Bolgar Islamic Academy.

Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov and Deputy Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s – Head of Head of the Department of Domestic Policy Aleksandr Terentyev took part in the event.
