Aleksey Pesoshin meets Consul General of Uzbekistan in Kazan Fariddin Nasriev

On March 5, at the Government House of the republic, at his meeting with Consul General of Uzbekistan in Kazan Fariddin Nasriev, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin noted that the opening of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan will significantly strengthen trade, economic and humanitarian ties.

In his turn, the Consul General added that today the cooperation between Uzbekistan and Tatarstan is developing dynamically. The first forum of interregional cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan held in 2018 with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov contributed to that, he went on to say. A number of agreements were signed during the forum. The Consulate General in Kazan will be involved in the implementation of the tasks set, Nasriev added.
