On March 6, at the Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Centre Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the opening of the 13th specialized exhibition “Fisherman. Hunter”.
Speaking at the event, Pesoshin noted that the exhibition “Fisherman. Hunter" has brought together experts and those preferring outdoor activities from different regions of the country and the near abroad. “The exhibition is aimed at promoting hunting and fishing, developing ecological tourism, as well as fostering an attitude of care towards nature among the younger generation,” the Prime Minster emphasized.
“Interest in the exhibition is growing every year. This is evident from the fact that more than 8,000 people are taking part in the event. They include representatives of industry companies, sport anglers from all over Russia. More than 70 companies are showcasing their products,” Pesoshin added.
Particular attention is given to the business programme of the exhibition, the Head of Government of the republic continued. He noted that it has became a good tradition to hold master classes by leading Russian sport anglers.
The exhibition features a wide range of modern equipment for hunters and fishermen, innovations in the field of hunting, fishing, game and fish processing, and much more.
