On 7 April at their meeting in Kazan Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Chairman of the Board of the Skolkovo Fund Board Igor Drozdov and Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Ayrat Khayrullin discussed further steps in development of their cooperation in the sphere of innovations, including incentives for innovations work in the republic and supporting the innovations entrepreneurship. 

On April 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram to the acting parliamentary leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Leonid Slutsky to express his condolences over the death of the leader of the party Vladimir Zhirinovsky.

On April 6, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a new building of the dispensary departments of the Regional Clinical Tuberculosis Dispensary.

The opening of the Nizhny Vyazovskaya outpatient clinic of  the Zelenodolsk Central Regional Hospital was also held via videoconference.

On 6 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Security Council of the republic and the Coordination Meeting on provision of law and order, where the participant discussed additional measures in implementation and development of the law-enforcement part of the Safe City hardware and software system. The Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin also took part in the meeting. 

On April 5, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Andrey Tarasenko, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to meet representatives of a number of companies and enterprises, discussed the participation of Tatarstan in events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

On April 5, speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic with participation of all municipal regions and devoted to holding a nationwide online voting on the selection of public spaces for improvement in 2023, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin has said that in 2022, Tatarstan plans to renovate 1,200 yards with funding amounting to 9 billion roubles.

“I would like to say that in the current situation, the reduction this programme is not planned,” the Minister emphasized.

At their meeting in Kazan Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Executive Secretary of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO Grigoriy Ordzhonikidze, who is on a working trip to Kazan, discussed implementation of a number of joint projects, including international ones, and other important issues.

On 4 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new building of the integrated tuberculosis dispensary in Kazan where the deputy chief medical officer of the Regional Clinical Tuberculosis Dispensary Aleksey Alekseyev told him that as the building will house all structural units of the dispensary this will enable optimum use of all resources. The children’s and fluorography examination departments, outpatient endoscopic service, functional diagnostics rooms as well as the bacteriological and clinical diagnostic laboratories and the facility management will be located in the policlinic, Alekseyev said.

On April 2, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic - Tatarstan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov said that retail sales of long-term storage products continue to decline in Tatarstan. This is facilitated by the conclusion of contracts with new suppliers, an increase in deliveries for a number of positions and limiting sales to one hand. The volume of essential goods at distribution centres is sufficient to meet the demand of the population.

Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the regional First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Nail Zalakov reported about preparation to spring field work.
