This day we pay homage to all citizens who in different years took part in settlement of military conflicts outside Russia. As many as 25 000 people died when fulfilling their military duty in various hot spots and we share the pain of bereavement with those who lost their near ones and close friends in these warpaths. We cherish the memory of all those fallen for their Motherland and glorify those who have come back safe!”
