Rustam Minnikhanov lays flowers to the Memorial dedicated to Power industry workers in Kazan

On 14 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Rector of Kazan State Power Engineering University Edvard Abdullazyanov and the Director of the Traffic Safety state-financed institution Rifkat Minnikhanov laid flowers to the Memorial dedicated to power industry workers which is located in the yard of the university in Kazan.

The Memorial was erected in 2020 as homage to the older generation of power industry workers who made a substantial contribution into implementation of the GOELRO plan and development of power industry of Russia.
