Rustam Minnikhanov meets the Chairman of the Board of the Ship Depot Maintenance Shop Company named after Kuybyshev Sergey Fofanov

On 14 February at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Ship Depot Maintenance Shop Company named after Kuybyshev Sergey Fofanov discussed issues of development of the company and further steps in mutually beneficial cooperation.

Regional Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov, the Head of the Tatarstan State Committee on Tourism Sergey Ivanov and other officials also took part in the meeting.

The Ship Depot Maintenance Shop Company named after Kuybyshev is located on the confluence of the Volga and the Kama rivers and occupies 11 hectares on the shores and 16.2 hectares of the surface area of the Kuybyshev reservoir.

It has one of the most powerful docks on the Volga which can service ships with the capacity of 4 500 tonnes and services the whole Volga-Vyatka region.
