On October 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Tupolev Aircraft Company in Moscow.

He looked around the museum of the enterprise, an exposition informing about the history and main milestones of Tupolev Company. Minnikhanov left an entry in the Book of Honored Guests. 

On October 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov looked around cargo aircraft of the Volga-Dnepr Group of Companies at the Kazan International Airport.

Boeing-737, Boeing-747 and An-124 Ruslan aircraft were presented at the cargo board parking lot. Tatarstan President got acquainted with the technical characteristics of the aircraft, and also observed their unloading.

On October 16, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Aleksey Frolov said that two municipalities of Tatarstan at once - Kazan and Apastovo region ranked among the winners of the All-Russian contest "Best municipal practice" in areas supervised by Russian Ministry of Construction.

On October 14, at the Kazan Ring Autodrome, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the tennis tournament “Cup of Peace and Kindness”.

On October 14, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of Federal Corporation for Small and Medium Enterprise Development Alexander Isaevich discussed issues of supporting entrepreneurship, creating comfortable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, developing digital services and other industry-specific issues.

On October 13, on the sidelines of Russian Energy Week International Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Transneft Oil Pipeline Company Nikolay Tokarev signed a cooperation agreement between the Government of Tatarstan and the Transneft.

On October 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree №UP-804 declaring October 11, 2021 the day of mourning in connection with the plane crash in Menzelinsk municipal region.

On October 8, at the Ak Bars Arena stadium in Kazan, where the 2022 World Cup qualifying match between the teams of Russia and Slovakia to take place, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation Oleg Matytsin.

On October 8, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Consul General of Kazakhstan in Kazan Yerlan Iskakov discussed issues of further cooperation and interaction on joint projects.

On October 7, on the sidelines of the 10th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum held on October 5-8, 2021 chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gazprom Company Viktor Zubkov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov spoke at the plenary session “Natural gas as engine fuel for sustainable development of Russian regions”.
