Rustam Minnikhanov has said to Tatarstan rural entrepreneurs: You are a reliable backbone of the Tatars in your regions

On 18 March in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Deputy Prime Minister Vasil Shaykhraziyev, who is the Chairman of the National Council of the Tatars World Congress, took part in a plenary session of the X All-Russia Assembly of entrepreneurs of Tatar villages.

Before the session, Minnikhanov walked around the exhibition, where 85 out of 500 participant of the meeting from 21 Russian regions displayed their products such as Tatars national delicacies, horse sausage, honey, cheese, tea, toys and articles of clothing. Rustam Minnikhanov said that the goods were of high quality and discussed prospects of the entrepreneurs coming to the Tatarstan market, in particular through the marketplace.

Speaking at the meeting, its participants told about specificities of the rural business, implementation of charity projects and further plans to develop their production.

Rustam Minnikhanov underlined that developing their business projects outside Tatarstan entrepreneurs pay much attention to preservation of their native language, national customs and traditions.

“You are an example for all of us. You are not waiting for someone to help you, on the contrary you overcome all difficulties and help others. You are a reliable backbone of the Tatars in your regions”, he said and added:” From the bottom of my heart I thank you. We are developing various programs to support our villages in Tatarstan.  In other regions you undertake most of these tasks”.  

In the end of the plenary session, Minnikhanov handed in a number of state awards of Tatarstan.
