Rustam Minnikhanov: Kazan Digital Week – is an efficient and popular platform

On 9 September, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic, the President of the regional Academy of Sciences Rifkat Minnikhanov reported about preparations for holding the international forum Kazan Digital Week - 2023.

Rifkat Minnikhanov stated that this year the forum will take place in Kazan on 20-22 September with participation of manufacturers and users of digital technologies, software and high-tech products. As of today more than 7 000 people have already registered for participation, including representatives from 30 foreign countries. The main objective of the Kazan Digital Week, which will discuss such topics as smart transport systems, digital technologies in public administration, education, healthcare and agriculture and digital industry 4.0, is to facilitate exchange of scientific and technical information, consolidation of scientific and technical assets which can efficiently solve tasks of import replacement and import outdistancing and provision of technological independence of the country, he said.

Simultaneously with the forum there will be an exposition of high tech developments software-hardware complexes and samples of equipment organized of the exhibition site of the Kazan Expo Center.

The programme of the forum also presupposes a competition of IT-company-leader, a marathon of hackathons and Kazan Digital Legends pitch sessions.

Giving his comments, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Kazan Digital Week – is an efficient and popular platform focused on the most important tasks in the sphere of digital development.
