Rais of Tatarstan: Financial bodies of the republic have a very good coordinated team

On 8 September, speaking at a ceremony dedicated to the Day of Financier held in the Big Concert Hall in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that financial bodies of the republic have a very good coordinated team working in them.

Recollecting his being the Minister of Finance of the republic in 1996-1998, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Those were very interesting years for me and I could see how this system developed. Of course our joint work took place in a rather difficult economic period but together we managed to find solutions. The most important is that real patriots and professionals work here. I am sincerely grateful to all colleagues I was lucky to work with.”

He emphasized that experience he got in the financial system helped him in his further work. “I will always feel deep respect to financial workers. This system plays an important role in life of the republic and provides its stability. We have wonderful staff. We have efficient interaction with federal colleagues. Everything works as one body”, the Rais of the republic added and handed in state awards to employees of the ministry.
