On 1 November on the sidelines of the XII St Petersburg International Gas Forum and in the presence of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the  Gazprom Mezhregiongas Company Sergey Gustov , the Director General of Ammonia Company and the Director General of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company  (which is the part of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Group pf companies) Aydar Tagirov signed a framework agreement  between the Ammonia 2 and the Gazprom Mezhregiongas companies on supplying natural gas to the ammonia and carbamide producing complex Ammonia 2 in Tatarstan.

On 1 November at their meeting on the sidelines of the XII St Petersburg International Gas Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Gazprom Deputy Board Chairman Vitaliy Markelov, who is also the Head of the Gazprom Department, and Director General of the  Gazprom Mezhregiongas Company Sergey Gustov discussed issues of supplying machinery produced by the Kazan CompressonMash Plant to the Gazprom and laying the gas pipeline for supplying natural gas to the LNG complex at the Sviyazhsk inter-regional multi-modal logistics center. 

On 1 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum dedicated to the transformation of the natural gas world market. 

In his welcoming speech the Governor of St Petersburg Aleksandr Beglov stated that the North capital increases the amount of use of natural gas and said: “On the errand of the Russian President this year we will complete switching coal and fuel oil city boiler plants over to gas and other ecological kinds of fuel.”

On 1 on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a presentation of new gas-engine machinery manufactured by Raritek Holding Company, the stand of which has become one of the main presentation sites of Tatarstan at the forum.

On 1 November at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of St Petersburg Aleksandr Beglov discussed further steps in development of all-round cooperation of Tatarstan and St Petersburg, and strengthening of trade-economic and humanitarian relations.

On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the work of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, where the results of the rating of Russian regions by the level of development of the gas motor fuel market were announced, where Tatarstan became one of the winners.

On November 1, under St. Petersburg International Gas Forum at the Gas Science and Innovation stand, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Company – Head of Department 623 of Gazprom Company Oleg Aksyutin, at which they discussed the issues of gas supply of prospective consumers on the territory of Innokam cluster. Minnikhanov emphasized that at the end of 2022, the volume of natural gas consumption by enterprises of the main industrial zones «Innokam», which includes the factories of Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhny Chelny, Yelabuga and Zainsk amounts to 12.4 billion cubic meters, which makes 70 per cent of the total gas consumption of Tatarstan, making 17.7 billion cubic meters.

On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the exhibition of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, which took place in three pavilions of ExpoForum, both indoors and outdoors. More than 500 Russian and foreign companies presented their products on an area of more than 50 thousand square meters.

On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Saint Petersburg for participation in the 12th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, held at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 31 to November 3.

On October 31, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, the Chief Department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs in Tatarstan Anvar Zakirov said that during 10 months of the current year, Tatarstan court bailiffs recovered 13 billion 481 million roubles, which is 10 percent higher than during the same period last year.
