On 16 December, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that it is necessary to attach special attention to safety issues during the New Year celebrations.

On 15 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended the demonstration of a documentary film-research “Master of the Altay Mountains” represented by the Inter-regional Association “The Center Irbis for studies and preservation of the snow leopard”.

On 15 December, speaking at a joint collegium of Tatarstan Ministry of Finance, the Department of the Federal Tax Service for the republic and the Department of the Federal Treasury for the republic in Kazan, Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov said that according to the social and economic evaluation of the Russian Ministry, Tatarstan ranks second in its main results among other entities of federation after Moscow and St Petersburg.

“All this proves that the region attaches attention to development of the investments climate and creation of conditions for business. Tatarstan has the most advanced practices and conditions for the economic growth – everything here is done for work. It was not by chance that at his press conference yesterday Vladimir Putin said that Rustam Minnikhanov is one of the most efficient best heads of Russian entities,” the Russian Minister said.

to the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

On 14 December, speaking at a meeting of the Cabinet of Minister of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin as a videoconference with all municipalities of the republic and dedicated to measures of increasing the traffic safety, decreasing the number of car accidents and mitigation of seriousness of their consequences in the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that implementation of systemic measures made it possible to decrease the traffic accidents in the republic and the priority is to preserve as many people’s lives as possible.

On 14 December, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutsam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Vysokaya Gora region of the republic, visited the second edifice of the school N1 after the capital overhaul. The building was erected in 1975 and after overhaul it housed also junior classrooms for 284 schoolchildren. 

On 14 December, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutsam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Vysokaya Gora region of the republic, took part in a ceremonial launch of the new polymer composites extrusion production line of the Polygran Plant. 

On 13 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of awarding winners of the annual competition”50 best ideas” in Kazan.

On 13 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Ethical Drugs Ltd. Company Mohhamad Rahmat Ullah discussed issues of development of mutually beneficial relations and strengthening already existing contacts. In particular, it has been said at the meeting that the Company is interested in expanding its deliveries and entering the Russian market.

On 12 December, speaking at a briefing in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova informed that in 2023 Tatarstan has allocated 1.595bn rubles, including 692m from the federal and 393m from the regional budgets, on the Culture National Project.
