It will integrate housing, development of utility infrastructure and land management. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, this national project will mark a new stage of joint work of the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of «Construction, housing and utility services and urban environment» and the Government of the country and regions. He also voiced a number of issues that concern the regions today. This includes family mortgage programme.
Mortgage should be affordable for every family, Rustam Minnikhanov said.
It is important to ensure a stable supply of housing in strongholds that build the economic capacity of the country and the region, he continued.
We consider it is necessary to support developers who implement housing projects in industrial centers where there is a shortage of supply, Minnikhanov said.
