Rustam Minnikhanov visits the Chinese BYD Automaker Company

On 15 November, during his working trip to China, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited production facilities of the Chinese BYD Automaker Company, which is a conglomerate of production of cars, car batteries and electronics and is in the list of the largest public companies of the world “Forbes Global 2000”. It has four industrial sites in Shenzhen, Sian, Shanghai and Beijing.

In 2022 the net profit of the BYD Company made 16.62bn yuans (2.4bn US dollars). 

Rustam Minnikhanov was told about peculiarities of technologies used for manufacture of batteries and shown a range of public transport equipped with BYD technologies.
