On 25 September the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working trip to Moscow to take part in  a session of the Presidium of the Russian State Council on the topic “On the Development of Export” held by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Opening the session, Vladimir Putin said: “Together with Heads of the Federation entities, Heads of the Governments, Ministries and Directorates we will discuss a topic which is extremely important for our regions, cities and whole branches of economy. We will speak about further steps in increasing the export capacity of the country.”

On 25 September at their meeting in Moscow the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev discussed issues of the development of energy branch of the republic, international cooperation and strengthening already existing international connections in power industry.

On 24 September, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Aleksandr Trembitskiy discussed issues of on the spot work of the Rostekhnadzor in the region.

On 24 September, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of China to Russia Zhang Hanhui, who came on a working grip to Kazan as the head of a Chinese delegation, discussed issues of strengthening already existing and expansion of new business contacts, mutually beneficial cooperation and implementation of joint projects.

On 24 September, speaking at his meeting with the Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodyozh) Grigoriy Gurov and the Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First Artur Orlov  held in the House of the republic with participation of the Chief of Staff to the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov, the regional Minister of Science and Education Ilsur Khadiullin and other officials, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated his guests with having been appointed to the new responsible positions. He emphasized that joint work of Tatarstan with both organizations brings good results and said: “I want to express my gratitude for that and hope for the same constructive interaction.”

On 24 September, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) Oleg Skufinskiy discussed issues of further interaction with the Federal Service at the interregional level and the progress in introduction of the federal state information system “The National Spatial Data System”.

On 24 September, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Director of the National Guard Troops Federal Service of the Russian Federation (Rosgvardiya) Sergey Lebedev, who is the Chief Commander of the Guard Troops, discussed issues of interaction in provision of law and safety in the republic, the improvement of the basic infrastructure of the Rosgvardiya in Tatarstan and other important topics.

Dear Tatarstan residents!

On 24 September in his congratulatory address to residents of the republic on the occasion of the Day of Tatarstan Trade Unions, the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin said: “To day we are celebrating the Day of Tatarstan Trade Unions as it was in this day – on 24 September of 1920 that the first congress of trade unions of the republic was held. This event was the bedrock for the further development of the institute of protection of rights and interests of workers.

On 21 September, in his welcoming speech at the VIII congress of the Russian Muslims Spiritual Board and the XX International Muslims Forum held in the Moscow Cathedral Mosque, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that for many years the Russian Muslims Spiritual Board  has plaid an important role in life of the Russian society.

Having congratulated Ravil hazrat Gaynutdin, whom the congress has reelected as the Board Chairman for the next five years, Rustam Minnikhanov said:

On 21 September, speaking at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic will all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that as many as 1m 308 thousand hectares of grain and pulse crops or 99 per cent of the planned areas have been threshed in Tatarstan and 26 regions have completed the harvest.
