On 26 August, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Leninogorsk municipal region to take part in celebrations of the 80th birthday of oil production in the republic and 75th anniversary of opening the Romashkino oil deposit, visited a number of social facilities  in the city.

On 26 August, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Leninogorsk municipal region to take part in celebrations of the 80th birthday of oil production in the republic and 75th anniversary of opening the Romashkino oil deposit, accompanied by the Head of the region Ryagat Khusainov and representatives of the oil industry visited the memorial complex “The Well N1”, which was the first oil production well in the republic commissioned on 9 September 1943,  and had a meeting with old-stagers.

On 25 August, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov reported that by the results of the first half of 2023 the amount of agricultural Gross product made about 107bn rubles.

On 25 August, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about implementation of the programme of capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities and multi-apartment houses in the republic.

On 25 August, speaking at a meeting  in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave and errand to ensure safety of events to be organized on the Day of the Republic. 

On 25 speaking on a ceremonial reception in honor of the best families of the republic on behalf of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and his wife Gulsina Minnikhanova held for the tenth time in the Canon Yard of the Kazan Kremlin, Rustam Minnikhanov said: ”It is our great pleasure for me and Gulsina to welcome you representatives of the best families in the Kazan Kremlin. There are dozens of thousands of wonderful and close families living in the republic and many couples have celebrated their gold and diamond weddings. You have undertaken noble and responsible work of parenthood – raising wonderful children. Our task is to provide wide translation of traditional family values and positive life experience of big strong families.”

On 24 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Russian Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin and the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin attended a gala night of masters of art held during the Days of Culture of Tatarstan in Moscow. 

On 24 August during his working trip to Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) and had a meeting with students form the republic. 

On 23 August during his working trip to Mendeleyevsk region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan took part in a ceremonial opening the new public space with domed pavilion located on Burmistrov Street in Mendeleyevsk.

On 23 August during his working trip to Mendeleyevsk region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan had a walk along the pedestrian Internationalists Boulevard, where the head of the Fund “Institute of Tatarstan Cities Development” Nailya Zinatullina told him that the boulevard is the main transit for residents of the city from the south of the city to its residential zones.
