On 15 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening the China HI-TECH Fair in Shenzhen, which is one of the largest exhibition events in South-East Asia, with about 1000 enterprises displaying latest developments in AI, digital economy, 5G, IoT, anti-pandemic IT services, big data and others.
Walking round the exhibition, the delegation of Tatarstan got acquainted with developments of the largest Chinese companies, in particular the stand of a company producing the integrated circuits, chips and software. Due to its comprehensive approach the company proposes such smart solutions as a smart home and a smart city. Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to send specialists from Tatarstan to the company to examine the possibilities of the company and for further cooperation.
The delegation also attended the stand of the startups investor-company, the total assets of which make more than 10bn yuans and which invests not only in Chinese but also foreign startups working in cooperation with 85 funds. Rustam Minnikhanov also gave an errand to study the company’s potential.
The exhibition has a separate display of the Academy of Sciences of China and the delegation of the republic got acquainted with developments of Chinese scientists in the sphere of medicine.
