On November 11, at the solemn ceremony in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov awarded 14 winners of the regional contest “Best civil servant of Tatarstan”.
On 10 November in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the International Tupolev Award to the Rector of St Petersburg Polytechnic University after Peter the Great Andrey Rudskoy for a set of works in research and development of a wide range of constructional materials, including metal-carbon composites, intermetallide and composite powder materials for additive and hybrid technologies.
On 10 November at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation Maksim Shaskolsky discussed issues of interdepartmental interaction, provision of just competition, protection of residents rights, price-formation transparency and a number of other topics.
On 10 November at the Kazan Technical Park Idea, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced a new Head to the employees of the Tatarstan Venture Investment Fund.
The regional Prime Minister thanked Aynur Aydeldinov who was the Fund Director since 2007 for his substantial contribution into the social and economic development of the republic, for successful implementation of programmes of support provided to technological companies, innovational projects and youth entrepreneurship. Thus 365 projects which won the Idea-1000 programme brought the total revenues of more than 10bn rubles and created about 800 jobs.
On 10 November in Kazan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Russian Internal Ministry for Tatarstan Artyom Khokhorin handed in keys for new 29 VAZ-21214 Niva service cars to precinct officers.
Congratulating the police officers with their professional holiday, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that precinct officers are an important link in the internal law-enforcement bodies and play an important role in provision of public safety.

On 9 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin attended the opening night of a documentary “Captain Tarpschev life peak” based on the biography of the President of the Russian Tennis Federation Shamil Tarpischev and dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Russia winning the Davis Cup in 2002, with such famous Russian tennis players as Marat Safitn, Mikhail Yuzhnyy and Yevgeniy Kafelnikov taking part in it.
On 9 November the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Dmitriy Krutoy accompanied by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov came to the City of Innopois where he visited several infrastructural facilities of the IT city and the Special Economic Zone of Innopolis, including the Center for Robotics and Mechatronics Components Technology, the Unmanned Technologies Center, the AI lab. Electronics and Micro-electronics Design Center and the Center for Support and Development, the objectives of which is to develop science-consuming robotic products and services for industrial partners and to implement new educational programmes.
On November 9, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the delegation of «Chinese Railway Sixth Corporation».
«China Railways Sixth Corporation» is a large Chinese construction corporation headquartered in Beijing, implementing projects in construction of railway lines, highways, buildings and city utilities, bridges, tunnels, ports and waterways, hydraulic and hydroelectric structures, stations, terminals.
On November 9, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Dmitriy Krutoy discussed the current state of Tatarstan-Belarus cooperation and outlined promising areas of joint work.
