On August 27, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov visited the embankment of Kaban Lake and got acquainted with the improvement of one of the favorite recreation places of Kazan citizens.

On August 27, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov together with Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and grandson of the writer Timerbulat Karimov took part in an unveiling ceremony of the monument to the famous Bashkir poet and writer Mustai Karim.

On August 25, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chief of Representative Office of Haier in Russia Lyudmila Romanova discussed issues of further development of Haier Industrial Park in Naberezhnye Chelny, including the construction of social facilities for employees and the development of digital production technologies.

On August 25, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Health Marat Sadykov said that the regional Ministry of Health plans to attract 107 medical officers to work in rural areas under Zemsky Doctor and Zemsky Feldsher programmes in 2020.

On August 25, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin together with Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leila Fazleeva and Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Rafis Burganov took part in a videoconference chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova on the readiness of educational organizations for the start of the new academic year 2020-2021.

On August 25, at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a meeting which announced that affected depositors of regional Tatfondbank and Intekhbank banks will receive another 300,000 roubles each. Payments will start on September 1, 2020.

On August 24, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of Russian Export Center Veronika Nikishina discussed the issues of export support in industry.

On August 20, at the Government House of the republic, First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan – Deputy Chairman on the Commission on Preventing and Eliminating Emergency Situations and Ensuring Fire Safety Rustam Nigmatullin held a regular meeting of the Commission via videoconferencing with the participation of all municipalities of the republic.

On August 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took a bike ride along the embankment of the Kazanka River and got acquainted with the plans for the further development of this territory.
