On August 4, during his working visit to Kazan, Russian Minister of Defence Sergey Shoygu accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Gorbunov Kazan Aviation Plant (part of the United Aircraft Corporation managed by the Rostec State Corporation), where he inspected the construction of Tu-160 aircrafts, the production of Tu-214 airliners, as well as the modernization of long-range combatant aircrafts.

On August 1, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the contest of combine operators for the grant of Tatarstan President was announced in the republic.

On July 31, at the Kazan Galeevskaya Mosque, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in Eid al-Adha festive prayer performed by Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Khazrat Samigullin.

On July 28, in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar took part in a signing ceremony of a Letter of Intent and a Road Map for the implementation of the investment project between Tatneft Oil Company and Allaur Automaker.

On July 28, at the Kazan Kremlin, Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin handed in state awards of Russian and Tatarstan to the distinguished citizens of the republic.
