Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of Russian Export Center Veronika Nikishina discuss issues of export support

On August 24, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of Russian Export Center Veronika Nikishina discussed the issues of export support in industry.

Minnikhanov thanked Nikishina for her attention to the development of exports at the regional level. “We are an export-oriented republic. It is important for us to expand export directions in the current economic conditions,” he said. Tatarstan President emphasized that support measures are necessary for enterprises with export-oriented products.

Nikishina said that today interested enterprises of the republic actively use the services of the Russian Export Center (REC). These include such areas as insurance and credit guarantee services, subsidy support in the form of reimbursement of costs for certification, transportation, promotion of high-tech products.

She also noted that the Export Support Center (ESC) is dynamically developing in the region. In 2019, the ESC of Tatarstan ranked 24th in the all-Russian rating.
