Tatarstan President takes a bike ride along the embankment of the Kazanka River

On August 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took a bike ride along the embankment of the Kazanka River and got acquainted with the plans for the further development of this territory.

The embankment improvement project involves the development of an ecosystem of river parks and pedestrian zones.

It is planned to clean up the beach zone on the right bank of the river, to establish necessary holiday services and to organize comfortable pedestrian connection.

Tatarstan President was offered to transform the territory near the Kazan Family Centre, expanding the opportunities for recreation of people.

The development strategy of the embankment will create new opportunities for the leisure of the citizens, the active and healthy recreation by the water will become the priorities.
