On 19 June, speaking at his meeting with the Head of the Republic of Tuva Vladislav Khovalyg on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that enterprises of Tatarstan are very much interested in the development of interaction with Tuva. Currently the republic delivers trucks, tyres, computers and other goods to Tuva, the Rais of the republic said, and emphasized: “We are interested in cooperation in the spheres of machine-building, car manufacture and agricultural products deliveries.” 

On 198 June, speaking at his meeting with the  Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated: ”Our regions are connected by good partnership relations. A number of our large companies cooperate with the city of Sevastopol and there is a big potential for increasing deliveries in such spheres as power economy, machine-building, gas machinery, IT and others.” 

On 18 June, speaking at his meeting with the  Deputy Chairman of Turkmenistan Cabinet of Minister Nokerguly Atagulyev on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov   expressed his gratitude to the National Leader of Turkmen People, the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow for his attention to the development of ties between Turkmenistan and Tatarstan within the framework of Russia-Turkmenistan relations.

On 18 June at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of Arnest group of Companies Aleksey Sagal discussed issues of further cooperation and outlined steps for interaction.

On 18 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived to St Petersburg to take part in the events of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025) held from 18 to 21 June at the Congress Exhibition Center Expoforum.

On 17 June during his working trip to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a strategic session on advanced development of transport infrastructure held by the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin.

On 16 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin took part in the shipment of more than 300 tonnes of humanitarian aid collected under the auspices of the regional One Russia Party branch to residents of towns of Lisichansk and Rubezhnoe and participants of the special military operation. As many as 19 trucks left from the Volga State University of Physical culture, Sports and Tourism and Rustam Minnikhanov talked to people accompanying the goods and wished them a good journey.

On 16 June, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the regional Minister of Sport Vladimir Leonov, the Chairman of the Rubin FC Board Marat Safiullin and the Chairman of the Tatarstan Football Federation Aleksandr Gusev took part in a solemn ceremony of opening an indoor football arena “Rubin” named after Sentyabrev.

On 16 June at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Founder and Director General of the Mawaride Group of Companies (UAE) Mohamad Ahmed Alaeid discussed various issues of cooperation of the republic and the Mawaride Group of Companies and prospects of joint project. 

On 15 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of Tetyushi municipality Ramis Safiullov and the Head of Mordovia Artyom Zdunov took part in a regional holiday of Mordva culture “Valda shinyas” held in the village of Kildyushevo of Tetyushi region where he looked round the main sites of the holiday such as “A Peasant’s hut”, “Mordva homestead”, “Fishermen’s camping ground” and “Kildyushevo history”.
