On 4 August upon his arrival to the Turkmenbashi International Airport late in the evening, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was welcomed by Turkmenistan Minister of Finance and Economy Mammetguly Astanagulov, the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin and other high rank officials of the host country. 

On 2 August, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Our Yard programme coordinator, the Head of the City Environment Development programmes of the Institute of the Development of Tatarstan Cities Arina Petrova reported about the work progress , having told that under the “Our Yard” programme road works have been completed by 82% and outdoor lighting works  by 83% .

On 2 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Ak Bars Youth Center in the Crimea where he looked round its area and evaluated conditioned created for children’s recreation and education.  “Salat-Ak Bars” is and educational and developing platform which unites young athletes, activists and creative children, the number of participants of which keeps growing every year. By the end of July more than 1 435 children from various regions of Russia have already had their recreation in the camp.

On 1 August, speaking at his meeting in the Kazan Kremlin with winners of the “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” programme  Artem Almishev and Anvar Mukhametzyanov, whose mentor he has become, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov wished them successful  completion of the educational programme and offered to do an internship in the Administration of the Rais of the republic.

On 31 July, speaking at his meeting with the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated his colleague on the recent Navy Day. A delegation from the republic visited Sevastopol during the festive events. 

Rustam Minnikhanov reminded about a comprehensive cooperation agreement between the republic and Sevastopol signed on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Forum and about the representative office of Tatarstan working in the Crimea and the City of Sevastopol. 

On 30 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva and two winners of the “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” programme, whose mentor she was appointed, discussed further plans and career path.

On 29 July Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a regular meeting of the Investments Council of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic.

On July 29, in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Investments Council of the republic with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin.

The first project was related to the expansion of a research and education center in Almetyevsk (the campus of the Higher Oil School). “The Higher Oil School in Almetyevsk is a world level educational center. This is a very serious and needed project and we support it with gratitude,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

On 29 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Secretary – Russian Deputy Minister of Defense Anna Tsivileva, who is also the Chairman of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland”, visited competition sites of the first professional skills championship”Abilimpiks-2025” for veterans of the special military operation (SVO) organized at the manufacturing and training center of the Kazan Helicopter plant.

On 29 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) Yevgeniy Ditrikh took part in a ceremony of handing in 10 new MI-8MVT-1 helicopters  to five Russian companies according to the contract between the Russian Helicopters holding of the Rostekh state Corporation and the STLC.
