Rustam Minnikhanov meets participants of the programme “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan”

On 18 December before the beginning of the XX assembly of the Association of the Council of Municipalities of Tatarstan held at the Korston Shopping and Entertainment Center in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with veterans of the special military operation (SMO) who are taking part in an educational programme “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan”.

Alexander Belov, Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel under the Rais of Tatarstan, told about the implementation of the personnel programme for participants of the SMO and informed that its participants are actively working on their own projects for the development of the republic. During the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov listened to the SMO veterans who told him about their projects such as the development of a special mobile app where the military who took part in the SMO can get information about social support, about organizing the production of FPV copters equipped with artificial intelligence and others.

Addressing participants of the programme the Rais of the republic gave high assessment to their projects, having stated that all of them deserve close attention. “ You have all went through a very serious school. The Batyrlar programme will allow you to acquire the necessary competencies to work in government and local government bodies, “he said. 

The Rais of the Republic noted that the experience, discipline, and proven reliability of the SMO veterans are an invaluable asset for any field, especially when working with special operation participants and added: “The leadership of the republic will rely on you in its work. I wish you success!” 

In his turn the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building Andrey Klishas also gave high assessment to the programme “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan”.
