On February 22, at the Patriarchal and Synodal residence, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with his Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill.

On 22 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 41st session of the State Council of the republic held by its Chairman Farid Mukhametshin.

The session discussed 28 issues including the report of regional Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Aleksey Sokolov about results of the Ministry work in 2022, who said that according to information of the Ministry the republic is among one of the most affluent enforcement regions. The number of serious and especially heinous crimes, including murders, rapes, burglaries and robberies has decreased substantially while the number of solved cases grew, he said.

On 22 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting summarizing work of the Tatarstan Arbitration Court in 2022.

Speaking to participants of the meeting, he said that 2022 passed under conditions of the unstable economic situation and the Russian President and Government took a set of measures to protect economy including the support of entrepreneurs.

On 22 February on the eve of the Defenders of the Fatherland Day the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of unveiling 11 busts of Heroes of Russia at the Heroes Walkway of the Kazan Armor School.

On 21 February, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova informed that the Ministry is planning to create “The Embroidered Map of Tatarstan”.

On 21 February, speaking at a meeting of the Laishevo Municipality Council summarizing the social and economic development of the region in 2022 and setting tasks for 2023, Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin, who came to the region on a working visit, said that successful development of Tatarstan in the whole is feasible only with the wellbeing of all municipalities and that is why the administration of the republic attaches great attention to the situation on sites and implementation of tasks of prospective development of territories .

On 21 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived on a working trip to Moscow to take part in a ceremony of Russian President Vladimir Putin reading his address to the Federal Assembly.

On 21 February Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin, who came on a working visit to Laishevo municipal region of the republic, accompanied by the Head of the region Ildus Zaripov visited a number of enterprises in the Stolbische Settlement.

On February 20, at the invitation of the Turkish side, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the pavilion of the Republic of Turkey at IDEX-2023 (the UAE), which presented various aircraft developments.

On February 20, during his working visit to the United Arab Emirates and participation in the opening of the International Exhibition IDEX-2023 in Abu Dhabi, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Tawazun pavilion.
