On 30 May in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding, which considered a number of innovational projects.

On 20 May Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleyeva and the regional Human Rights Ombudsman Sariya Saburskaya took part in a ceremony of handing in Letters of Gratitude from the ANO Dialogue and ANO Dialogue Regions held in the Government House of the republic.

On 30 May speaking at a briefing on results of the two-month environmental health campaign in Tatarstan held in the Government House of the republic, the regional First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Ilnur Gubaydullin said that illegal dumps make nearly 70per cent of 8 000 violations found by ecologists, who imposed more than 2.5 rubles of fines for these dumps.

On 29 May during his working trip to Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Governmental Commission on development of SMEs held by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in Moscow.

On 28 May, congratulating workers of the pharmaceutical, oil-refining, chemical and petrochemical industries with the Day of the Chemist, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said in his address:” Tatarstan has glorious, centuries long scientific traditions and high industrial potential which ensure economic development of the country.

On 27 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Astrakhan region, took part in the XIII All-Russia rural Sabantuy held in the Tri Protoka Settlement of the region.

Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Astrakhan region Governor Igor Babushkin and the Governor of Perm region Dmitriy Makhonin launched the holiday which began with the bright stage show performed by Tatarstan and Astrakhan artists. 

On May 27, speaking at the traditional meeting at the Government House of the republic, held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of all municipalities of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Aleksandr Shadrikov made a report on two-month cleaning and environmental campaign.

On 27 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working trip to Astrakhan region to take part in the XIII All-Russia rural Sabantuy to be held in the Tri Protoka Settlement of the region.

On May 26, speaking at a meeting with the business community of the republic held at the Entrepreneur’s House in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan said that entrepreneurs have always been and remain an active and enterprising part of the population.

Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the participants of the meeting on the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship. “During the period of global changes, you showed acumen and resilience, saved jobs, thereby making a huge contribution to maintaining the social stability of society,” he emphasized.
