On 14 December, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutsam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Vysokaya Gora region of the republic, took part in a ceremonial launch of the new polymer composites extrusion production line of the Polygran Plant. 

On 13 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of awarding winners of the annual competition”50 best ideas” in Kazan.

On 13 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Ethical Drugs Ltd. Company Mohhamad Rahmat Ullah discussed issues of development of mutually beneficial relations and strengthening already existing contacts. In particular, it has been said at the meeting that the Company is interested in expanding its deliveries and entering the Russian market.

On 12 December, speaking at a briefing in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova informed that in 2023 Tatarstan has allocated 1.595bn rubles, including 692m from the federal and 393m from the regional budgets, on the Culture National Project.

On 11 December, speaking at his meeting with the Akim of Abay region of Kazankhstan  Nurlan Urankhaev in the Kazan Kremlin, held with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and representatives of a number of regional Ministries and departments, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Kazakhstan is one of the leading foreign partners of the republic. “We highly appreciate the opportunity of broadening contacts with your country within the framework of friendly Russia-Kazakhstan relations,“ he said.

On 11 December at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Mufti of the republic Kamil hazrat Samigullin , who is the Head of the regional Muslims Spiritual Board, discussed results of 2023 and plans of the Board for the coming 2024.

On 11 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Kazan Federal University (KFU) Dormitory N6, which underwent capital overhaul in the current year and is located on Adel Kutuya Street in Kazan.

The facility built in 1976 has administrative, educational and living zones, including 213 living rooms for 600 people.

On 9 December, speaking at the 35th conference of Tatarstan regional branch of the One Russia Party held with participation of the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Head of the Party Central Executive Committee Aleksandr Sidyakin and the Secretary of the One Russia regional branch Farid Mukhametshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic and the One Russia party are connected with the long-time cooperation relations. 

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has given an errand to take work of the Housing Utilities Sector under special control during freezing temperatures.

“Subnormal temperature in the last few days in the republic creates an increased risk of emergency situations at power enterprises, housing utilities sector , heat and water supply mains and transport and raises the threat of fires,” he said.

On 9 December at a traditional regional meeting of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, congratulating residents of the republic with the Fatherland’s Heroes Day, said: “Today our country is celebrating the Fatherland’s Heroes Day. This day we pay a tribute to all those who over the years showed heroism and courage in  military actions, protection of the Fatherland and by their selfless labour and high achievements made an invaluable contribution into the development of the country. The land of Tatarstan has always brought into world courageous and utterly devoted to their duty people. For us they are a bright example of heroism, resilience and courage.”
