On October 10, State Counsellor of Tatarstan, Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting at the place of the reconstruction of the Cathedral of the Kazan icon of the Mother of God.

The honouring of the sportsmen was held at the Kazan Kremlin. On October 9, at his meeting with Director General of Yandex Company Aleksandr Shulgin in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed prospects for further cooperation with Yandex Company. 

On October 9, in the Kazan Kremlin, speaking at a meeting of the regional anti-terrorist commission on countering the penetration of the ideology of terrorism and extremism, national and religious extremism and xenophobia, as well as criminal subculture into the youth environment, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: "The implementation  of state youth policy is unconditional priority in our activity". 

On October 9, Norwegian company Nores Watertech and technopark Idea signed the pre-investment agreement on the project of construction of salmon production plant with the capacity of 3,000 tonnes per year in Tatarstan.
