Tatarstan President visits the Baikonur Cosmodrome Museum

On December 17, during his working trip to Kazakhstan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Baikonur Cosmodrome Museum.

The museum is located in the central part of the cosmodrome. The exhibition includes a large collection of photographs, real missile components such as engines, spacecraft skin, navigation device and many others.

Minnikhanov was told about the history of development of the national rocket production, space technologies and space exploration.

During the excursion, Tatarstan President was shown documents, photographs and personal things of famous Soviet and Russian cosmonauts.

Minnikhanov thanked the representatives of Baikonur for the opportunity to visit the museum and to know the history of the legendary cosmodrome.
