Rustam Minnikhanov meets President of the Russian Mixed Martial Art Union Fedor Emelianenko

On December 18, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of the Russian Mixed Martial Art Union Fedor Elemianenko discussed further cooperation between Tatarstan and the Russian Mixed Martial Art Union and summed up the preliminary results of work during the current year.

Aide to Tatarstan President Leila Fazleeva, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport of the republic Vladimir Leonov and other officials took part in the meeting.

Leonov reported that the republic cooperates closely with the Russian Mixed Martial Art Union.

As noted at the meeting, young people are interested in this spectator sport, with many events being covered through the Internet.
