On September 25, in Tashkent, speaking at a business forum with participation of representatives of Tatarstan and Uzbekistan businesses, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is interested in increasing the volume and range of exports to Uzbekistan.

On September 24, in the afternoon, during his working visit to Uzbekistan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Tashkent, was met by Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Gulomzhon Ibragimov and Ambassador of Russia to Uzbekistan Vladimir Tyurdenev at the airport.

On September 23, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Samarkand (the Republic of Uzbekistan), was met by Interim Head of Samarkand region Turbozhon Joraev at the Samarkand International Airport.

On September 23, in the Government House of the republic, speaking at a video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov,  Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Akhmetov reported that 1 million 460 thousand hectares have been harvested in Tatarstan, with a total of 4 million 950 thousand tonnes of grain threshed. Next week the main part of the harvesting campaign will be completed, the Minister said.

On September 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to the city of Ulyanovsk to take part in presidium session of the Russian State Council for complex development of passenger transportations in territorial entities of the Russian Federation. The session was held by the Russian President Vladimir Putin at “Zavolzhie” industrial park.

On September 22, at a solemn session of the Regional trilateral commission on regulation of social and labour relations dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the commission it was noted that there are 203 agreements on social partnership in Tatarstan.

On September 22, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin and Head of Directorate of Railway Stations — branch of Russian Railways Vitaly Votolevsky discussed progress in the preparation of Kazan railway stations for the FIFA World Cup 2018. In particular, issues related to transportation of spectators to the capital of the republic by train were considered. ​
