On April 18, speaking at a video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all municipalities at the Government House of the republic, Minister of Finance of the republic Radik Gaizatullin reported on the results of the execution of the regional consolidated budget in the first quarter of 2018 and tasks of the financial agencies of the republic for 2018.

On April 16, during his working visit to India, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a city of information technology and engineering - the HITEC City, located in Hyderabad, the capital of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states of India. The project envisages the development of high technology in such areas as engineering, informatics in healthcare, bioinformatics, etc.

On April 16, speaking at the Andhra Pradesh – Tatarstan business forum, which was held during a working visit of Tatarstan delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to the city of Visakhapatnam (India), Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan attaches great importance to the development of cooperation with India.
