On July 1, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov introduced a new head, former Chief Engineer - Deputy Director General of Gazprom Transgaz Ufa, Rustem Usmanov to the staff of Gazprom Transgas Kazan. Rafkat Kantyukov, who has headed the company since 1998, will hold the post of Advisor to the new Director General.

On July 1, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a video-conference with participation of all municipal regions of the republic on the transition of real estate developers, constructing houses in the republic, to project funding on the escrow accounts.

On July 1, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of June 28, 2019, as many as 1,408,400 square meters of housing, which makes 58 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

On June 29, during his working visit to the village of Kamyshla of Samara region, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Governor of Samara region Dmitry Azarov and daughter of the poet Alsou Abulyanova took part in an unveiling ceremony of the bust to Tatar poet Enver Davydov.

On June 28, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov were presented a project of the Tekhnogorod Multifunctional Sports and Education Centre. The presentation was made by Head of KAMAZ-Master Team Vladimir Chagin.

On June 28, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, CEO of Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin and Director General of KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin took part in the opening ceremony of a new line for the production of aluminum fuel tanks at the KAMAZ plant.

On June 27, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) Sergey Dankvert discussed pressing issues of cooperation in monitoring the quality of agricultural products produced in the region and ensuring veterinary supervision in the republic.
