Andrey Fursenko arrived in Kazan to take part in a special session of Academic council of Kazan state university where new rector of Kazan (Volga) federal university will be presented.

The meeting was held in house of RT government with participation of RT acting minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Marat Bariev, RT acting minister of finances Radik Gaizatullin, RT acting minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov.

In the Republic of Tatarstan work on providing housing for war veterans registered before March, 1, 2005 is well-organized. According to data for April, 1 19 veterans have not been provided with housing yet. For the present moment the issue is settled.
